Setup
Connect your services. Everything is stored locally on this machine — nothing is sent to ArtDrop servers.
Before you begin
ArtDrop connects your existing accounts. You'll need credentials for three things — get them ready before stepping through setup.
Image storage — handled automatically
If you have a Shopify store, image storage is handled automatically through your Shopify connection — no extra account needed. Backblaze B2 is optional for advanced users or for large print files over 20 MB. backblaze.com if you need it.
A print provider — at least one
Gelato, Printful, or Printify. This is who fulfills and ships your prints. You'll need an API key from their developer settings.
A storefront — at least one
Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce. This is where your products get listed for sale. You'll need an API token or access credentials.
An Anthropic API key — optional, needed for AI copy
Enables AI-generated product titles, descriptions, and SEO copy. You can skip this and write everything yourself. Get a key at console.anthropic.com. Costs ~$0.01–$0.05 per drop.

Prodigi
Prodigi specialises in fine art giclée prints, acrylic panels, dibond, maple wood prints, and gaming mats — products no other provider offers. Leave blank to skip. Once you enter a key, Prodigi template rows appear in the Templates step.
Go to Prodigi Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → API to copy your key.

Storefront
Connect Your Shopify Store
Click to connect — ArtDrop will open Shopify in your browser for one-click authorization. No manual token setup needed.

Shopify
ArtDrop creates products, collections, metafields, and SEO data directly inside your Shopify store. Leave blank if you use Etsy or WooCommerce only.
Your myshopify.com address. Find it in Shopify Admin → Settings → Domains.
If you already have an access token from a previous setup, paste it here. Otherwise use the Connect Shopify button above — it handles everything automatically.
Etsy
ArtDrop can create Etsy listings on every drop — physical listings linked to your POD provider, or digital download listings. Leave blank to skip Etsy entirely.
Go to etsy.com/developers/your-apps → Create a new app → OAuth 2.0 access token. You need listings_w and listings_r scopes.
Your app's API key (also called Keystring) — found on the same page as your app credentials. Required for file uploads on digital listings.
Your Etsy shop numeric ID. Find it at etsy.com/shop/YourShopName — click "Edit shop" and look at the URL.
Required for physical listings. In Etsy: Seller Hub → Shipping settings → create a profile. The profile ID appears in the URL when you edit it.
Only used if digital download listings are enabled below.
WooCommerce
ArtDrop can create products in your WooCommerce store on every drop. Leave blank to skip.
Your WordPress site URL, e.g. https://yoursite.com. No trailing slash.
In WooCommerce Admin: Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add Key. Set permissions to Read/Write. Copy the Consumer Key (starts with ck_).
Copy the Consumer Secret (starts with cs_) — shown only once.
Your WordPress admin username. Needed to upload product images to your media library.
In WordPress Admin: Users → Your Profile → Application Passwords → Add New. Name it "ArtDrop". Copy the generated password.
Products will be assigned to this category. Created automatically if it doesn't exist.
Backblaze B2 Storage (optional)
Image storage is handled automatically through your Shopify connection. Backblaze B2 is optional for advanced users — use it if you need to store print files larger than 20 MB, or if you prefer your images in your own cloud storage. If you skip this, ArtDrop routes all uploads through Shopify's CDN at no extra cost.
In Backblaze: open your App Keys page → Click 'Add a New Application Key', name it 'ArtDrop', and copy both the keyID and applicationKey.
The Application Key is shown only once. If you lost it, delete the key and create a new one.
The exact name of the B2 bucket you created for ArtDrop. Found in Backblaze → Buckets.
The Bucket ID is shown next to your bucket name on the Backblaze Buckets page.
In Backblaze, click your bucket → Endpoint. Looks like https://s3.us-west-004.backblazeb2.com.
Anthropic API Key (optional)
When off, you write your own titles, descriptions, and SEO. Your API key stays saved.
ArtDrop uses Claude to analyze your artwork and write product titles, descriptions, SEO copy, and alt text. Each drop costs roughly $0.01–$0.05 in API credit. Leave blank to use Filename mode instead — you can add a key later in Settings.

Gelato Product Templates
Each template here creates one product type per artwork drop. Add a poster template and a canvas template, and every image you drop creates both automatically.
How to get the Template ID: In Gelato, go to Product Templates. Click Edit on a template. Look at the URL — the UUID after /templates/ is your Template ID.
Printful Templates
Each row creates one Printful product per image drop. Browse the catalog, pick sizes/colors, and set your retail prices.
Printify Blueprints
Printify organizes products as Blueprints — each is a product type from a specific print provider. Add one blueprint per product type you want to create on each drop.
Prodigi Products
Each row creates one Prodigi product slot per image drop — fine art prints, acrylic panels, gaming mats, and more. Add the Prodigi SKU for each product type you want to offer.
Gallery Wall Sets
Creates three coordinated crops from each artwork — left, center, right panels. Sets sell at 2-3x the price of individual prints.

Instagram
Requires a Facebook Business account with an Instagram Professional account connected. Generate a Page Access Token with instagram_basic and instagram_content_publish scopes via the Graph API Explorer.
Pinterest
Requires a Pinterest Developer App with boards:write and pins:write scopes. Images are posted via B2 public URL — your bucket must be public. Get your access token at developers.pinterest.com.
Facebook
Uses the same Page Access Token as Instagram. Requires pages_manage_posts scope. The Page ID is the numeric ID of your Facebook Page (not your personal profile).
Threads
Requires a Threads account connected to your Instagram Professional account. Threads User ID is the same as your Instagram Business Account ID. Get a Threads access token via the Threads API with threads_basic and threads_content_publish scopes.
Bluesky
No OAuth needed. Just your handle and an app password. Create one at bsky.app → Settings → App Passwords.
